When joining or renewing, we may ask for a few additional details, such as your city, state, and base Amtrak station, if you have one. This helps us better understand where support is growing and how passenger rail advocacy is represented across the Carolinas.

Suggested Annual Membership

  • Individual Membership / Renewal: $20

  • Additional Donation: optional and appreciated

Additional donation

Optional and appreciated to help strengthen outreach, education, and advocacy.

Helpful details when joining

City, state, and base Amtrak station if applicable, so AAC can better understand geographic representation across the region.

WHY MEMBERSHIP MATTERS

Stronger advocacy starts with broader regional support.

One of AAC’s goals is to continue growing membership in communities served by Amtrak and in other towns and cities that care about the future of rail in the Carolinas.

Knowing where members live — and which station they consider their base station, when applicable — helps demonstrate geographic support for passenger rail and strengthens AAC’s ability to advocate with agencies, elected officials, and planning organizations in both states.

FROM THE CAB

Stay connected through the newsletter.

Members and supporters are encouraged to stay connected through From the Cab, which shares updates, commentary, and information about passenger rail issues in the Carolinas.

Contributions from members, including articles, updates, and photos, help strengthen the newsletter over time.
